Terms of Service

1. Orders & Payment

​

  • Cancellation and refund terms vary by product type and are outlined in our Refund Policy. Payments are final and non-refundable once production begins, except as expressly provided in that policy.

  • Orders will not enter production until full payment is received and cleared.​

​​

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes are not permitted once production has started.

​

2. Designs & Approvals

​

  • You confirm that you own or have the rights to use any content you submit.

​

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zentric Labs LLC from any claims, costs, or damages related to submitted content or your use of the products.

​

  • If proofs or design confirmations are provided, your approval is binding. Lack of response by the requested deadline may be treated as approval.

​

  • We do not guarantee storage of your content after the order is complete.

​

  • Uploaded design files are processed by a third-party provider for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not sell or misuse your designs, but storage and retention are managed by that provider and subject to their policies. Please do not upload sensitive personal data (e.g., financial, medical, or identification documents).

3. Production & Shipping

​

  • Production timelines are estimates only and may vary.

​

  • Once items are transferred to a carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

​

  • Rush production or shipping fees are non-refundable.

​

  • We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control.​​

​

4. Marketing & Samples

​

  • Unless otherwise requested in writing before ordering, we may display images or samples of your products for marketing purposes.

​

  • We may discreetly brand the reverse side of tokens unless otherwise agreed.​​

​

5. Warranty Disclaimer

​

  • All products are sold “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

​

  • Tokens are intended for promotional use only and are not designed for safety, load-bearing, or other critical applications.​

​

  • Normal variations in production, including size variations that result in final product dimensions smaller than the advertised 2.5 inches on the longest side, as well as minor differences in color or finish, are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects or grounds for refunds, replacements, or reprints.

6. Limitation of Liability

​

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in dispute.

​

  • In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total order amount.

​

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed opportunities.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

​

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.

​

  • Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in New Mexico, under recognized arbitration rules.

​

  • The prevailing party in any dispute may recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.​​

​

8. Use of Website

​

  • You agree not to misuse the website or submit unlawful content.
