• Cancellations: Every token order includes design proofs and unlimited revisions before production—we refine until you get exactly what you want. If you’re not completely satisfied with your proof, you can request a 100% refund any time before production. No fees. No hassle. No questions asked. Once you approve the final design and production begins, materials, printing, and labor costs are incurred; all sales are final.​​

• Production Errors: If an order contains a clear error solely caused by us, at our sole discretion we may remake or replace the affected items.

• Normal Variations: Minor variations in size, color, texture, or finish are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects.

• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted files, artwork, and specifications are correct. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided content.

• Claims: Any claim for an error must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. We may require documentation before reviewing a claim.

• Shipping Responsibility: We are not responsible for damage or loss during shipping; claims must be filed directly with the carrier.​​
