Design proofs are emailed within 1–3 business days of your order.

Every order includes unlimited revisions before production. We will refine until you get exactly what you want. Once you approve, your design is finalized and production begins. If at any time in the process we don’t hear back within 5 business days, we’ll treat the proof as approved and proceed with production.

Your design stays on file, so refills need no proof and no approval. Orders ship within 7 business days of each renewal.

Cancel any time from your account. Cancellations made within 7 days of a renewal apply to the following cycle, since your tokens are already in production.

Shipping is free on every order. Once you approve your design, orders are delivered in about 3 to 4 weeks.

Every token order includes design proofs and unlimited revisions before production. If you’re not completely satisfied with your design proof, you can request a 100% refund any time before production. No fees. No hassle. No questions asked. Once you approve the final design and production begins, materials and labor costs are incurred; all sales are final.
