Design proofs are emailed within 3–5 business days of your order. Every order includes unlimited revisions before production — we refine until you get exactly what you want. Once you approve, your design is finalized and production begins. If at any time in the process we don’t hear back within 5 business days, we’ll treat the proof as approved and proceed with production.

There’s a 50-token minimum per design. It keeps the process efficient and lets us deliver the quality your brand deserves. If you want to mix tiers with the same design, reach out to sales@zentriclabs.com and we’ll build the right quote for you.

Shipping is free. You’ll receive your design confirmation via email within 3–5 business days. Once approved, orders of up to 1,000 tokens are delivered in about 3–4 weeks.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your proof, you can request a 100% refund any time before production. No fees. No hassle. No questions asked. Once you approve the final design and production begins, materials, printing, and labor costs are incurred; all sales are final.
